Refund and Returns Policy

At DevaPriya, we aim to provide you with the finest shopping experience. Below is our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to process the cancellation.
    • If you opted for in-store or warehouse pickup, cancellations will be accepted before the item is collected.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel the order if it has not been shipped.

Returns

  1. Return Period: You can return your product within 10 days of receiving it, provided it is in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return to: returnrefund@devapriyaa.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.
    • The item must be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Refund Deductions:
    • If any shipping fees were waived or discounted during the initial purchase, those fees may be deducted from your refund if the entire order is returned.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  2. Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at returnrefund@devapriyaa.com and ship your item to the following address:

Shipping Returns

  1. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. To ensure that we receive your returned item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and in the same condition if sent via an untrackable shipping method.
