DevaPriya aims to offer a seamless and efficient shipping process to all customers across India. Below are the detailed shipping and delivery policies:

Standard Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the location:

  • Metro cities: 3-4 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4-5 working days
  • Remote locations: 5-6 working days

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can track your delivery status.

Delivery Charges

  • Mumbai: Free delivery on orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, a standard delivery fee will apply, depending on the delivery location.
  • Other parts of India: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, based on the location and size/weight of the order.

Free Pickup Option

Customers within Mumbai can also opt for free pickup from our designated pickup point at Kandivali West, Mumbai. You can select this option during checkout.

Shipping Areas

We deliver to all locations within India, including urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. For remote locations, delivery times might be longer than the standard period. Please note that we do not deliver internationally at this time.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. You can use this link to monitor the movement of your package in real time.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, you can request the change only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at contact@devapriyaa.com with your order number to request a change.

Shipping Delays

In some cases, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or remote delivery areas. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed because no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt re-delivery at no extra charge. After multiple failed attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will reach out to you to arrange a re-shipment.

Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. While it is preferable to use the original packaging for any returns, if it is unavailable, please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Free Shipping Promotions

We may run free shipping promotions for specific locations or purchase amounts from time to time. These promotions will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process if available.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products, and all returns must comply with our return guidelines.

Refund for Shipping Charges

If your entire order is returned, any shipping fee that was waived or discounted at the time of purchase may be deducted from your refund amount.
